The People & Culture Manager role is a strategic position reporting to the Chief People Officer. This is a hybrid people strategist and operational partner role focused on shaping employee experiences as the company scales. Key responsibilities include: Employee Experience & Culture: Design and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through development, engagement, and retention. Lead engagement initiatives including pulse surveys, feedback programs, and recognition efforts. Partner with leaders to strengthen team health and communication. Serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers, balancing empathy with business perspective. Leadership Support & Talent Development: Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and team performance. Support performance conversations and growth planning with scalable resources. Build learning and development programs that support career progression. Facilitate trainings and workshops aligned with company needs. Contribute to talent and organizational planning as the company grows. People Processes & Operations: Partner with the CPO to design and evolve people programs, policies, and processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience through process optimization and systems improvements. The company operates a 5-day-a-week in-office culture, emphasizing that collaboration, mentorship, and shared momentum are critical to their work.
