Salary: USD 142,000 - 194,000 / annual

Wiz is a rapidly growing cloud and AI security company (recently acquired by Google) that protects infrastructure for over 65% of the Fortune 100. The People Consultant Business Partner (PCBP) role is a strategic HR position supporting the organization's scaling efforts, with particular focus on the revenue and pre-sales teams. You will serve as a trusted HR advisor to executive and leadership teams, providing strategic counsel on people management, organizational development, and business objectives. Key responsibilities include: • Deliver strategic HR advice and consultative solutions to executives on talent management, organizational development, change management, and employee engagement • Design and deliver HR programs in collaboration with business leaders to solve critical people challenges • Lead talent management and development initiatives for revenue teams, focusing on leader quality, workforce capability building, and succession planning • Develop and execute global workforce planning and human capital strategies aligned with business budget, revenue, and product roadmaps; partner with Recruitment, L&D, Ops, and Finance • Create and monitor HR metrics and dashboards; identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience • Coach and guide managers on complex HR issues including performance management, total rewards, and employee relations • Support policy communication, compliance, and HR program implementation across the organization • Drive employee relations issues to resolution in collaboration with Employment Legal, including investigations and findings • Understand client group strategies, challenges, business initiatives, and competitive landscape • Identify and leverage best practices for operational efficiency This is a full-time, in-office role supporting a high-growth, global software company in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in HR Partnering roles • Experience supporting third-line leader level (director/VP-level executives) • Experience supporting pre-sales and revenue teams • Demonstrated experience across multiple HR functions (compensation, talent management, employee relations, organizational development) • Proven coaching and mentoring of people leaders in formal or informal settings • Experience managing HR programs and projects • Demonstrated ability to manage performance and employee relations issues to resolution • Background in growing, global software development environments • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze data and propose continuous improvement methods • Comfort working in fast-moving, changing environments Preferred Qualifications: • Experience leading global or multi-regional BDR (Business Development Representative) teams in cybersecurity or cloud security markets • Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) • Strong presentation skills and ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets • Strong business acumen and ability to manage tight deadlines
