The Payroll Specialist Lead – Poland is a critical individual contributor role within Remote's EOR and Payroll Operations Team, responsible for delivering accurate, compliant payroll operations for Poland while contributing to the improvement and scalability of global payroll processes.
You will own end-to-end payroll execution for Poland, including validation of payroll inputs, payroll calculations, and post-payroll processes. Key responsibilities include ensuring payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with Polish regulatory requirements; acting as a subject matter expert on country-specific payroll requirements and staying current with legislative and tax developments; identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and compliance issues; and serving as a key coordination point for internal teams and external payroll partners.

Experience in remote or globally distributed teams is advantageous, as is fluency in automation and AI capabilities.
