As a Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will own and scale payroll operations across international locations, serving as the critical link between Fever's HR team and external payroll providers. This role combines traditional payroll expertise with strategic HR partnership, requiring someone who can manage complexity across multiple countries while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll operations across international locations and liaising with external providers
- Ensuring accurate, timely employee payments and compliance with tax and social security regulations across jurisdictions
- Monitoring and analyzing salary costs to support financial decision-making
- Serving as the primary point of contact for employee payroll, tax, and social security inquiries
- Coordinating with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues
- Administering employee benefits programs and identifying new perks to enhance engagement
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll & Benefits function
You bring 2-3 years of payroll and benefits experience, with international payroll exposure preferred. Advanced English (C1+) is required; additional languages are valuable. You're proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; Personio experience is a plus. Your mindset is proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused, with strong communication and collaborative skills.
