Rapyd is a global fintech platform unifying payments, payouts, and financial services across 150+ countries. This Payroll Analyst role is based in Bogotá and owns local and regional HR operations, ensuring precise monthly payroll execution and strict regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include partnering with external payroll vendors to execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing, consolidating novelties, reviewing draft outputs, automating audit checks, and finalizing closing reports. You will align operations with local Colombian tax, labor, and social security regulations, deliver monthly payroll reconciliations for Finance, and maintain SOX controls and audit trails.
You'll manage the full employee life cycle—leading onboarding and offboarding documentation, managing contracts, tracking work permits, and monitoring statutory requirements such as SENA regulations and monetization. Responsibilities also include maintaining updated employee records across the HRIS and digital archives, tracking medical leave reimbursements, and generating operational payroll reporting.
As the primary point of contact for payroll and administrative queries, you'll work with in-country partners to resolve issues quickly. You'll also build domain knowledge across LATAM payroll frameworks to serve as an operational backup across the region, supporting Rapyd's expansion in Latin America.
