Fudo is a fast-growing restaurant management software and payments platform operating across Latin America, with strong market positions in Chile and Argentina and rapid expansion in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. The company combines deep hospitality industry expertise with technology to help thousands of restaurants improve operations and payments processing.
You will lead the full conversion cycle for Fudo Pagos (Fudo's payments product) by taking an assigned portfolio of active restaurant accounts and converting them into payments customers from initial contact through activation. This is a quota-driven role with concrete monthly activation targets. Success is measured by hitting these targets and demonstrating diagnostic capability—reading market signals week-to-week, identifying root causes of variance, and adjusting strategy with agility.
Key responsibilities include: managing the complete sales cycle (outreach, negotiation, objection handling, activation); proactively contacting assigned merchants via phone and WhatsApp with Fudo Pagos value proposition versus competitors (Clip, Mercado Pago, GETNET, BBVA); guiding customers through documentation submission (ID, proof of address, tax status); coordinating payment terminal delivery with logistics and resolving issues; maintaining accurate daily pipeline reporting; achieving monthly activation targets; diagnosing and communicating market-driven causes of variance; and keeping the CRM clean and current.
You should have B2B sales, upselling, or account management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or SaaS. A demonstrated track record of hitting monthly quotas is essential, as is the ability to close full sales cycles, not just generate pipeline. You need discipline for daily reporting and rigorous CRM hygiene, excellent phone and WhatsApp communication skills with small/medium business owners, and analytical thinking to diagnose variance with real market data. Knowledge of Mexico's payments landscape is a plus.
