Revolut is seeking a Payments Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end integration and rollout of payment networks, schemes, and product rails across local and regional markets. This role sits within Revolut's Operations team, which tackles company-wide challenges at scale through systems design and process optimization.
Key responsibilities include: leading the complete lifecycle of payment network integrations; scoping and producing technically precise business requirement documents (BRDs) for smooth handoffs; serving as primary point of contact for external payment partners, scheme operators, and central banks; building and monitoring live performance dashboards using SQL to track transaction behavior; taking functional ownership of system health through log analysis and troubleshooting of routing or payment failures; establishing operational controls and performance tracking with proactive alerts to leadership on regulatory or service-level gaps; and creating repeatable frameworks, process documentation, and localized standard operating procedures.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in payment operations, integration management, or technical product management; solid knowledge of payment standards, messaging protocols, and card processing workflows; demonstrated success managing complex multi-stakeholder integration projects or full product launches and migrations; strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders; and the ability to autonomously plan and implement processes from scratch while tracking service indicators and building reports.
