Yuno is an AI-native operating system for global commerce, providing a unified API that connects enterprise merchants, banks, and wallets to payment infrastructure including pay-ins, payouts, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, and stablecoins across 190+ countries. As Partnerships Manager for North America, you will own and grow a strategic portfolio of partners including acquirers, alternative payment methods (APMs), banks, and fraud & risk solution providers. You will drive integrations, co-selling initiatives, and long-term commercial relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for your partner ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include: managing end-to-end partner relationships across the North America region; identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities aligned with product and commercial strategy; negotiating partnership agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs; driving joint go-to-market initiatives and co-marketing campaigns; contributing to the sales pipeline through partner-generated leads; and converting 2B2 commercial partner deal cycles. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to leverage the partner network for merchant acquisition and retention, provide market intelligence on competitive dynamics and payment trends, and attend industry events to strengthen Yuno's brand presence.
You will lead partner onboarding, develop enablement materials and training resources, organize quarterly business reviews and partner summits, and maintain partner health metrics including integration status, volume, and NPS.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or senior commercial roles within payments, fintech, or financial services; demonstrated track record managing strategic partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud providers, including C-level negotiations; evidence of revenue impact through partnerships (revenue-share agreements, qualified pipeline, measurable GTM results); deep experience in the Brazilian payments market including local acquiring landscape, Pix, and ABECS standards; strong understanding of the payments value chain; ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity; excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills; capacity to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously; data-driven approach to defining and tracking partnership KPIs; and comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Legal, and Commercial teams.
