Cascade AI is seeking a Partnerships Manager to own and grow partner relationships across three key motions: private equity partners, benefits and HR consulting partners, and cloud marketplaces (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud). This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on deepening existing partnerships, expanding the number of active producers and partner accounts, and creating a repeatable partner-sourced pipeline. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for partners, understanding their priorities and aligning Cascade's value accordingly. Key responsibilities include running quarterly business reviews (QBRs), tracking joint pipeline and referrals, expanding relationships with individual producers across consulting organizations, and driving partner enablement through trainings, demos, and co-marketing initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to convert partner-sourced interest into pipeline, maintain CRM discipline, and produce metrics and reports (including SQL-generated business intelligence) for partners. Success in the first year means building a repeatable partner motion with deepened relationships, activated producers, effective account mapping, qualified referrals, and clear visibility into partner-sourced pipeline. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in channel, partnerships, alliances, or partner-facing sales in B2B SaaS, HR tech, benefits, or insurance. You should have a track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders and turning them into measurable results. Strong communication, presentation, and enablement skills are essential. You're organized, self-directed, CRM-fluent (Salesforce preferred), analytically strong, and comfortable with travel to meet partners. Nice-to-haves include familiarity with benefits/HR/insurance distribution, private equity experience, cloud marketplace experience, and early-stage greenfield building experience.
