Anthropic is seeking a Partnerships Business Operations Manager to serve as the operations generalist behind its rapidly growing partner program. Reporting into Partner Operations & Systems within Partner Experience, you will own two core anchors: intake (managing the front door for new process requests and building the intake process itself) and flexibility (serving as the generalist allocated to the most pressing operational issues). Key responsibilities include owning intake for new process requests—triaging, scoping, and prioritizing needs across the partner organization; designing new partner operations processes from zero to one, including workflow, documentation, and requirements; building AI automations with Claude to create and run Claude-powered workflows across partner operations, taking them from prototype to production; running the process and data side of registrations, referrals, incentives, applications, and onboarding while maintaining decision-grade data quality; encoding program policy in systems so rules are enforced automatically; enabling partners and internal teams with necessary guidance for new initiatives; collaborating across go-to-market functions (Sales, Finance, Enablement, Marketing, Revenue Operations); and establishing service levels and reporting on volume, cycle time, and key metrics. You will serve as the central hub for partner experience, working cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, Sales, Enablement, Product, and Legal to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategy. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building processes from scratch, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Minimum qualifications include 4+ years in management consulting or investment banking, ideally paired with 1–3+ years in business operations, partner/channel operations, product operations, or a comparable role at an AI, enterprise software, or technology company. Strong project management ability with experience influencing cross-functional operational initiatives is essential.
