Lucis is building the operating system for human longevity, making preventive healthcare the default across Europe. The company is expanding its B2B distribution through department stores, wellness retail, premium clubs, studios, pharmacy networks, and corporate licence accounts across France, the UK, and beyond.
You will own the activation, growth, and retention of Lucis's B2B partner and corporate licence portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Partnerships, you will be measured on two primary metrics: licences purchased and licences activated (members who book, complete assessments, and read their health reports).
Key responsibilities include:
- Launch and activation: ensuring partner staff are trained, tracked codes go live, launch communications are shipped, and conducting monthly reviews on licence purchases and member activation alongside quarterly business reviews focused on renewal and expansion.
- Portfolio management: owning the recurring revenue book across corporate, enterprise, and embedded partner accounts, tracking adoption, activation rates, renewal, and upsell opportunities.
- Partner accountability: setting licence volume expectations and delivery dates for each partner, and transparently communicating when partners are underperforming against targets.
- Member onboarding: reducing friction from licence grant to first report read, identifying drop-off points, and collaborating with Product and Ops on in-product mechanics and reminder strategies.
- Retention metrics: defining and building GRR and NRR baselines for the portfolio, then reporting on them regularly.
- Reference building: documenting honest, measurable case studies to support future sales conversations, avoiding unsubstantiated health ROI claims.
You will operate independently without dedicated account executives, onboarding managers, or project managers. The role demands hands-on execution, rapid decision-making, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
Lucis operates from its Paris hub with a collaborative, in-office culture emphasizing rigor, radical ownership, and velocity. The company is AI-native; all teams are equipped with advanced AI agents to automate routine work and focus on high-value activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–8 years of account, partner, or key account management experience, where you owned and were measured on a portfolio (not just serviced one).
- Demonstrated ability to move activation, adoption, or utilization metrics; you can articulate the before state, what you changed, and the measurable after state.
- Experience running retention on data; you can name specific accounts you saved and accounts you lost.
- Experience training people outside your direct management to sell a product; comfort with channel-based distribution (pharmacy counters, retail corners, club front desks).
- Willingness to have difficult conversations with partners and sponsors about underperformance, backed by data.
- Ability to operate independently without support functions (AE, onboarding, project management).
- Fluent French and English, both spoken and written (most partners are French; portfolio spans France and UK; team is international).
