Sportradar's Rights & Partnership Protection (RPP) team is seeking an experienced Partnership Protection Specialist to serve as a regional liaison for Europe and Asia. This role combines field operations, intelligence gathering, and investigative work to protect and enhance Sportradar's sports partnerships. Key responsibilities include attending sporting events across Europe and Asia to support rights-holder operations and safeguard exclusivity arrangements. You will build trusted relationships with leagues, federations, security teams, and venue operators while conducting intelligence-led research into market activity and emerging risks affecting partnership interests. The role involves conducting investigative research using open-source and commercial data sources, leading digital evidence collection related to sportsbook activity and betting markets, and developing intelligence holdings on individuals and networks operating in the sports betting ecosystem. You will collaborate with RPP colleagues globally to identify trends and organized networks operating across multiple jurisdictions. You will analyze information from rights holders and transform operational reporting into actionable intelligence and strategic recommendations. Responsibilities include producing regular intelligence products, stakeholder briefings, and operational assessments, as well as delivering season-long reporting including pre-season risk assessments, in-season updates, and post-season reviews. Additional duties involve supporting rights holders in developing operational best practices, planning and delivering educational workshops for stakeholders, and contributing to the development of global RPP methodologies and operational standards. Required qualifications include 3+ years' experience in investigations, intelligence, sports integrity, law enforcement, security, or related analytical fields. You must demonstrate an investigative mindset with experience conducting intelligence-led inquiries. Strong understanding of the European sports landscape (particularly football, Bundesliga, tennis, and EuroLeague basketball) and good working knowledge of major Asian sporting competitions are essential. Experience analyzing information from multiple sources and producing concise reports is required, along with understanding of sportsbook operations, sports betting ecosystems, and modern wagering mechanics including live/in-play micro-betting and latency arbitrage risks.
