Glean is a Work AI platform that combines enterprise search, AI assistants, and scalable AI agents on a secure, open platform. The company has evolved from advanced enterprise search to a full-scale AI ecosystem with over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, and robust APIs. Glean serves customers across 50+ industries with 1,000+ employees globally and has been recognized by Fast Company, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, and Gartner as a leader in agentic AI. As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will be a technical expert responsible for helping strategic partners—including VARs, GSIs, SIs, Cloud Partners, and ISVs—successfully design, deploy, scale, and operationalize Glean across their customer base. This is a hands-on role focused on partner enablement and technical consulting for complex partner-led services. Key responsibilities include: - Own the technical success of partners across onboarding, deep technical enablement, early production deployments, and scaled delivery motions - Lead hands-on technical trainings, deep dives, workshops, and co-build sessions for partner engineers, architects, consultants, and delivery teams - Help partners create repeatable service offerings, implementation packages, and reference architectures on top of Glean - Develop partner technical maturity so their teams can independently architect, implement, and troubleshoot solutions - Work directly with partner solution architects, delivery teams, product teams, and partner managers - Enable partners to support many customers at scale rather than focusing on isolated enablements or individual deals - Guide partners in delivering post-sales services and production-ready Glean solutions You will be a force multiplier for the partner ecosystem, building the skills, assets, offerings, and confidence required for partners to establish durable Glean services practices. The role requires comfort with technical leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into actionable partner strategies.
