Datadog is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) for the EMEA region to serve as a technical expert supporting Datadog's channel partners. This role sits within the Channels & Alliances business segment and reports to the Director of Adoption Services.
You will be responsible for enabling partner success across technical initiatives including cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation. Key responsibilities include:
• Onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources
• Conducting joint business planning and review sessions with partners to ensure alignment
• Supporting partner technical initiatives such as customer demonstrations, proofs of value, and enablement workshops
• Advocating for partners' technical concerns (use cases, feature requests, support issues) with internal Datadog teams
• Analyzing partner service offerings and recommending ways to enhance value through improved Datadog adoption
• Collaborating with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize features
• Developing and evolving best practices for Datadog platform adoption
You will be a trusted technical advisor to the partner channel, working across both Datadog and partner resources to drive successful outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations
• Demonstrable track record and passion for continuous learning
• Self-starter with strong business acumen; ability to articulate Datadog value from technical to executive levels
• Confident presentation skills
• Must be a current EU resident
• Desired hands-on experience in two or more of: Observability (Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace), Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry), Dev/Scripting (Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go), Config Management (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef), CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab)
BONUS:
• Previous experience in technical roles supporting channel partners (Systems Integrators, Managed Services Providers)
• Experience using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools (APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, NPM)
• Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging
