Weave is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by engaging with strategic channel partners and selling Weave's products and services into the dental space. This hybrid role reports to the Manager of Partner Sales and sits at the intersection of direct sales execution and partner enablement. You will own the full partner sales lifecycle: collaborate closely with partner territory reps to convert qualified leads into closed deals, serve as the primary point of contact for partner sales teams, and co-create sales and marketing materials to ensure partners have the resources needed to effectively sell Weave. On the direct sales side, you will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, present and demonstrate Weave's suite of products to potential customers, and close sales to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. You will also maximize revenue per lead by collaborating with Account Executives and partners, leverage Salesforce to track pipeline activity and forecast sales, build strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, and proactively identify client needs to ensure long-term success and retention. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you will regularly communicate with internal teams (sales, business development, customer success) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives, participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices, and continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and personal initiative. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role (or channel sales, preferably with SMB-focused SaaS products) - Proven ability to sell in a channel sales environment, working closely with partners and territory reps - Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment - Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline management, tracking, forecasting, and reporting - Proficiency in Zoom (or similar video conferencing tools) for virtual meetings and product demonstrations Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field - Experience in the dental industry - Previous experience in channel sales or a partner-led sales model
