As Partner Project Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle of large-scale events from contract signature through final closing. You serve as the central point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (sales, legal, product, engineering, support), ensuring seamless coordination and on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include: - Managing end-to-end event project delivery, from kickoff through post-event analysis - Acting as primary stakeholder liaison across sales, legal, product, engineering, and support teams - Communicating product and process requirements to headquarters and working with product/engineering to prioritize and deliver solutions - Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team - Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented and tracked - Attending on-site events when needed for launches and critical milestones You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a detail-oriented, analytical, and organized approach. The role requires a mix of project management and operational expertise, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure. You are entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and comfortable identifying problems and creating resolution plans. Required qualifications: 2+ years in project management or consulting (event experience is a plus but not required), fluent English, strong analytical and relationship management skills, excellent communication, and proven ability to build positive working relationships. You are highly organized, efficient, curious, and eager to learn new skills quickly.
