Drata is a compliance automation and security assurance platform founded in 2020 and headquartered in San Diego. The company is building an agentic AI platform to help organizations prove trust continuously as they scale, serving 600+ employees globally.
As Partner Program Manager for Service Delivery, you will own the service delivery side of Drata's partner ecosystem—consulting firms, MSPs, and vCISO firms who help customers achieve and sustain audit-ready security and compliance postures. This role sits within Professional Services under Customer Success and partners closely with the Channel Sales program manager to create a cohesive partner experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of service delivery partners, serving as primary point of contact for program participation, escalations, joint pipeline, and growth planning
- Running partner business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with senior stakeholders at partner firms to align on joint goals, delivery capacity, and quarterly commitments
- Supporting light partner recruitment by shepherding internally-sourced leads through onboarding and into the program
- Partnering with the Partner Certification team to build and maintain services-focused learning content alongside existing sales certification tracks
- Owning the broader services-side partner enablement experience including onboarding, ongoing training, instructor-led workshops, and new product rollouts tailored to delivery audiences
- Defining and monitoring partner delivery quality metrics (implementation CSAT, time-to-audit, control coverage, escalation rates) and driving remediation programs
- Building feedback loops with Professional Services and Customer Success teams to surface delivery issues early and inform program design
- Coordinating closely with the Channel Sales program manager to ensure aligned partner experiences, shared rhythms, consistent messaging, and clean handoffs
You will bring 5+ years of experience in partner programs, channel/alliances, partner enablement, or partner operations at B2B SaaS companies, or equivalent experience leading services delivery or partner engagement at consulting or audit firms. You should have demonstrated experience designing or operating partner enablement, certification, or accreditation programs at scale, strong program management skills managing multiple concurrent workstreams, and comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to internal leadership and partner stakeholders, and a proven self-starter mentality are essential. Familiarity with GRC, security, or compliance space is a nice-to-have but not required.
