Twilio is seeking a Partner Program Manager to drive exceptional experiences across its Systems Integrators (SIs), ISVs, Resell, and Technology partners. This role bridges high-touch partner experience, strategic cross-functional project management, and lifecycle automation as Twilio expands its global partner ecosystem.
You will act as an operational engine for the partner team, identifying process bottlenecks and designing scalable, automated solutions to replace manual workflows. Key responsibilities include optimizing the end-to-end partner journey, managing complex cross-functional projects, and eliminating operational friction across partner onboarding, lifecycle touchpoints, and support workflows.
You will own problem-solving across the partner lifecycle, charting clear paths to build repeatable, programmatic solutions. You'll accelerate partner revenue mechanics by building operational frameworks that streamline incentive administration and maximize partner-sourced revenue pipelines. Additionally, you'll serve as a strategic owner for key components of the partner tech stack and vendor relationships, ensuring data models and tools are optimized for ecosystem scale.
The role requires developing and executing comprehensive partner engagement strategies with clear documentation, impactful updates, and consistent enablement communications across all segments. You'll lead end-to-end project plans for new partner initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
This is a remote-first role, though you may be asked to report in person on an ad-hoc basis for team gatherings, functional off-sites, or customer meetings. Occasional travel may be required to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (relevant experience may be considered)
- 5–8 years of experience in partner program or project management, partner management, strategy and operations, or similar role within a fast-paced technology company
- Proven track record of operating effectively in complex environments, turning ambiguous problems into plans, and delivering results
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex cross-functional timelines, align diverse stakeholders, and drive accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex program guidelines into clear, compelling partner assets and updates
**Desired qualifications:**
- Solid understanding of modern partner program structures, lifecycle methodologies, and experience with SIs, ISVs, Resell, or Technology tracks
- Hands-on exposure to CRM and partner ecosystem technologies (PRMs, account-mapping utilities, data integration tools) with desire to leverage software and AI to remove manual tasks
- Experience designing or supporting commercial program models, referral paths, or joint sales plays that drive channel pipelines
- MBA is a plus
