Napster is building embodied, multimodal AI agents designed to work alongside people in enterprise environments. The Partner Program Lead will own the design, launch, and scaling of strategic partner programs that drive activation, engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue growth across the Partnerships & Ecosystems organization.
This is a highly cross-functional execution role reporting to the SVP of Partnerships & Ecosystems. You will work across Partner Account Managers, Channel Managers, Partner Marketing, Technology Partnerships, Sales, Product, Enablement, and Operations to translate strategic priorities into structured, repeatable programs that partners can execute against.
Key responsibilities include:
**Partner Programs & Growth Engines**: Manage strategic partner programs designed to accelerate partner activation, pipeline creation, and customer acquisition. Translate organizational priorities into scalable programs with clear objectives, workflows, milestones, KPIs, and governance. Own program execution from concept through launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration. Create repeatable frameworks that can be deployed across multiple partners and regions. Identify opportunities to turn successful one-off initiatives into scalable global programs.
**Partner Growth & Activation**: Work with Partner Account Managers and Channel Managers to identify activities that accelerate specific partners or segments. Support onboarding, enablement, activation, account mapping, lighthouse opportunities, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Ensure partners have clear paths from recruitment through enablement, activation, pipeline creation, and ongoing growth. Track participation, progress, risks, and outcomes across assigned programs.
**Partner Marketing & Joint GTM**: Collaborate with Partner Marketing to design and execute joint campaigns, launches, webinars, events, partner communications, and demand-generation initiatives. Ensure marketing activities connect to clear partner, pipeline, and commercial outcomes. Coordinate participating partners, internal teams, timelines, assets, approvals, follow-up, and measurement.
**Strategic & Ad Hoc Projects**: Lead or support strategic projects across the Partnerships & Ecosystems organization. Take ambiguous priorities and translate them into defined scopes, workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate stakeholders across Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and other functions. Identify blockers early and drive decisions and follow-through.
**Program Operations & Scale**: Build dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into program participation, progress, pipeline, risks, and outcomes. Establish operating cadences, governance models, and stakeholder communication for key initiatives. Develop reusable templates, playbooks, processes, documentation, and best practices. Improve consistency and execution quality across partner programs. Work closely with Partner Operations to ensure CRM processes, reporting, and program measurement are reliable and scalable.
Success is measured by partner programs generating measurable activation, pipeline, and commercial outcomes; partners and internal teams actively adopting and participating in programs; partners moving faster from onboarding to active GTM and opportunity creation; successful initiatives being converted into repeatable programs and playbooks; and clear ownership, governance, milestones, and reporting across all programs.
**Requirements**: 5–10 years of experience in partner programs, alliances, ecosystem operations, partner management, program management, go-to-market, or partner marketing. Experience working in a technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, or ecosystem-led business environment. Strong program and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience working cross-functionally across commercial, marketing, product, and operational teams. Strong understanding of partner activation, enablement, joint GTM, and pipeline-generation motions. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities. Ability to take an ambiguous idea and turn it into a structured, executable program. Strong written communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Experience working across multiple European markets is beneficial.
