Super.com is hiring a Partner Operations Specialist to join their growing Partner Operations team. This is a foundational role working directly with the Partner Operations Lead to scale partner performance monitoring, measurement, and accountability. You will own execution and data-focused work across several key areas: monitor partner performance against key metrics (CSAT, escalation volumes, booking cancellations, reimbursement/dispute workflows), build and maintain partner scorecards and dashboards providing real-time visibility into partner health, support dispute/credit/escalation workflows with data and analysis to reduce backlog, and proactively identify trends using data analytics to calculate financial impact and inform leadership recommendations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Data, Supply, and Internal Ops teams to synchronize performance benchmarks and align with organizational objectives. The Partner Operations function is new within Super.com's Operations organization, starting with Travel partners and expanding to Earnings and PMMC partners over time. As the team grows from a single lead into a full team, this role will be foundational to building the reporting infrastructure that makes partner accountability measurable and enforceable. REQUIREMENTS: - 1–4 years of relevant work experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or at a startup - Strong investigative and analytical skills with ability to dig into raw data sets and customer interaction logs to find root causes - Excellent attention to detail and track record of keeping reporting precise, current, and error-free - Comfort working with data assessment tools such as Excel, SQL, or dashboard/BI tools - Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple recurring reporting cadences - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply, and Product - Knowledge of customer service and dispute practices, preferably in Fintech/Travel/memberships sector - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field BONUS: Industry-specific trends/problems/regulations knowledge; experience with data visualization tools.
