Pennylane's mission is to become the preferred financial management software for European SMEs by helping entrepreneurs and accounting firms automate repetitive financial tasks and access actionable financial insights.
As Partner Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing Pennylane's partner ecosystem and driving growth through reseller and integrator partnerships. Working closely with the partnerships team and partner account managers, you will design and execute co-marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen market position, and create lasting synergies with key partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with partner marketing teams, ensuring effective communication and identifying new collaboration opportunities
- Developing and executing co-marketing campaigns including webinars, events, shared content, and other initiatives
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance to optimize strategies and ensure positive ROI
- Collaborating with internal teams (partnerships, marketing, sales, product marketing) to align marketing initiatives with Pennylane's commercial objectives
- Training and supporting partners on available marketing resources and best practices
This role requires a methodical approach combining lead generation, partner relationship development, and measurable marketing execution. You will work in a flexible remote environment with a collaborative, fast-moving culture that values autonomy and trust.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with partner/channel management
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +5) in marketing, commerce, or related field
- Knowledge of reseller partnerships and software ecosystems
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
- Professional English fluency (required)
- Excellent written communication skills in French and English
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
