- Collaborating with Sales to deepen relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and convert partner activity into pipeline
- Re-engaging inactive partners and expanding high-potential relationships across teams, clients, and use cases
- Defining and tracking partner health metrics: activation, engagement, referrals, pipeline, retention, and expansion
- Managing programs from concept to launch, bringing cross-functional teams together and executing hands-on
- Experimenting rapidly, learning from results, and scaling what works into repeatable partner-growth playbooks
You'll work 3 days per week from the Indianapolis office (hybrid); fully remote candidates outside Indianapolis are also considered.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in partner, customer, channel, or account-based marketing, or customer engagement
- Proven track record improving partner or client activation, engagement, retention, or growth

- Hands-on experience with email marketing or automation platforms (HubSpot, Outreach, Zapier, etc.)
- Team-first mindset; collaborative approach to working with Sales and other functions
- Bias toward action, scrappiness, and comfort with ambiguity; able to test, decide, and adjust quickly
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Preferred qualifications:

- Knowledge of RIA, wealth-management, financial-services, employee-benefits, or fintech landscapes
- Experience building partner or customer-growth programs tied directly to referrals, pipeline, revenue, retention, or expansion
