ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Marketing Associate to run the marketing engine for its ISV and Build ecosystem. This is an early-career role with significant ownership and surface area—you will own programs end-to-end with clear visibility to pipeline generation, not shadow work.
You will manage demand generation programs with ISV partners including digital campaigns, content syndication, webinars, and joint events. You'll own the marketing toolkit ISVs use to co-market with ServiceNow, keeping Campaign Creator assets, playbooks, and enablement content current and usable. You'll support launch marketing for new ISV apps and integrations from messaging through execution, build campaign and asset libraries for joint storytelling, and track program performance (cost, pipeline, outcomes).
Additional responsibilities include activating ISVs new to the program through onboarding, managing day-to-day partner coordination with product marketing and regional teams, and aligning co-marketing roadmaps with product launches and regional priorities.
You'll gain direct exposure to senior leaders across marketing and the partner organization, hands-on budget ownership, and visibility into ServiceNow's full go-to-market motion. Successful performers move into named-partner ownership, broader route-to-market roles, or deeper demand generation specialization.
You will sit on a global team covering every partner, region, and product, learning the full go-to-market motion faster than most marketing roles. You'll work directly with product marketing, partner managers, regional teams (AMS, EMEA, APAC), and partners themselves.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 to 3 years of experience (recent graduates and early-career marketers strongly encouraged; internships, co-ops, and campus program experience count)
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Interest in technology partnerships, platforms, or ecosystems (no prior ISV knowledge required, but genuine curiosity essential)
- Strong writing skills to explain joint value propositions clearly to busy audiences
- Organized and self-directed; ability to juggle multiple programs with partners across time zones
- Comfort with numbers and willingness to learn data; ability to report on program outcomes
- Bias toward action; ability to ship quickly
- AI growth mindset; willingness to use AI tools and resources to drive efficiency and accelerate time to market
