Eye Security is a fast-growing European cybersecurity scale-up that combines cutting-edge technology with integrated cyber insurance for organizations across Europe. Headquartered in the Netherlands with 170+ full-time employees, the company is expanding internationally and seeks to build a strong presence in the Nordic region.
You will be Eye Security's first on-the-ground employee in the Nordics, tasked with establishing and scaling the company's MSP (Managed Service Provider) partner ecosystem across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. This is a foundational business development role with significant entrepreneurial scope.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and expand Eye Security's MSP partner network across the Nordic region
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships
- Support partners through the entire lifecycle: initial engagement, contracting, onboarding, and business planning
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to ensure mutual growth
- Represent Eye Security at partner meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and other teams
The role offers flexibility and autonomy to shape the Nordic market strategy. You'll travel approximately 30% within the region and work in a hybrid model suited to Eye's distributed European organization. REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience building and developing partnerships: direct MSP work, partner ecosystem development, or new customer sales in SaaS/software
- Strong business acumen and proactive, driven sales mentality
- Background in SaaS sales; cybersecurity knowledge is a strong plus
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Fluent in Swedish or Danish, plus English
- Willingness to travel regularly (~30%) within the Nordic region
