ServiceNow seeks a Partner Manager to lead and develop the partner ecosystem across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines. This role owns end-to-end partner relationship management, including building partner practices, driving joint go-to-market plans, generating pipeline, and ensuring successful customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: developing business plans and account strategies with partners across industry and product verticals; orchestrating sales engagements from discovery through close, coordinating internal resources (marketing, enablement, technical teams) to accelerate deal velocity; executing joint GTM initiatives including demand generation events (Partner Prospecting Days, CxO Roundtables, joint events) and new logo acquisition; managing partner ecosystem governance through readiness assessments, quarterly business reviews, tiering, health analysis, and metrics reporting; developing capacity plans to ensure partners have the right competencies, certifications, and co-delivery capabilities; aligning partner investment with strategic opportunities and ServiceNow's Partner Industry Solutions strategy; and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partner Operations, and Partner Enablement.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of partner/channel management or sales leadership in technology/SaaS, with a proven track record building partner practices and driving revenue through channels. Required background includes experience in Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management, GRC, or cybersecurity (vendor, partner, consulting, or enterprise perspective). Strong AI fluency is essential—demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's impact on business functions. Excellent coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are critical, with ability to manage complex ecosystems and influence across organizational levels. Deep understanding of cloud services, enterprise software platforms, and competitive landscape required.
