Mistral is a full-stack AI company providing frontier models, developer tools, applications, and compute infrastructure. The company partners with enterprises across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector to co-create customized AI systems.
You will lead the expansion of Mistral's partnership ecosystem across Northern Europe (UKI and Nordics), reporting to the Europe GSI Director with functional accountability to the VP Northern Europe. This is a hybrid role based in London with expected travel to the Nordics and Paris HQ.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategy & Architecture:** Design and execute the GSI partner ecosystem model across Northern Europe, establishing frameworks that align enterprise goals with scalable revenue models. Define multi-year strategic roadmaps with major German Systems Integrators to accelerate co-selling, technical alignment, and joint pipeline expansion. Drive ecosystem vision, governance, financial growth targets, and co-marketing programs.
**Commercial Velocity:** Lead regional partner-led revenue generation, exceeding growth targets through systematic joint deal acceleration and GTM execution. Establish executive alignment and field resolution standards across partner networks. Build performance insights and analytical models to track partnership health, ROI, and ecosystem value. Scale SI delivery capabilities through specialized enablement programs.
**Ecosystem Interlock:** Embed co-sell engagement rules, attribution frameworks, and deal registration workflows across the Northern Europe GTM organization. Champion cross-functional collaboration across Solution Architects, Enablement, Marketing, and Product teams. Lead Monthly Business Reviews with regional leadership. Provide strategic feedback to product and engineering on enterprise needs.
You bring 10+ years of experience with proven GSI and Account Executive track records. You have technical credibility in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and model deployment architectures, with LLM platform experience preferred. You excel at executive stakeholder management, have a strong network in the Northern Europe technology ecosystem, and thrive in fast-growing, ambiguous environments. Enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or infrastructure industry background is essential. English fluency required.
