Mistral is seeking a Partner Manager to lead Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partnerships across Southern Europe (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Iberia). Reporting to the Europe GSI Director with functional accountability to the VP Southern Europe, you will architect and execute the GSI partner ecosystem model, establish multi-year strategic roadmaps with major systems integrators, and drive co-selling motions and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: architecting high-value partnership frameworks aligned with enterprise strategic goals; defining and institutionalizing multi-year roadmaps with major GSIs to accelerate co-selling and joint pipeline expansion; driving ecosystem vision, governance, and financial growth targets; spearheading regional partner-led revenue generation and systematic joint deal acceleration; establishing executive alignment across partner networks; building performance insights and analytical models to track partnership health and ROI; scaling SI delivery capabilities through specialized enablement programs; embedding co-sell engagement rules and deal registration workflows; championing cross-functional collaboration across Solution Architects, Enablement, Marketing, and Product teams; leading Monthly Business Reviews with regional leadership; and providing strategic feedback to product and engineering on enterprise needs.
You bring 10+ years of experience with a proven GSI and Account Executive track record. Technical credibility in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and model deployment architectures is essential; LLM platform experience is a strong plus. You have demonstrated executive stakeholder management skills, working closely with C-level partners. Strong network and understanding of the Southern Europe technology ecosystem is required. You thrive in fast-growing, ambiguous environments with high autonomy. Background in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or infrastructure industries is preferred. Fluency in French and English is required; Spanish is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA preferred. Paris-based preferred with expectation of European travel.
