Cognition AI, maker of Devin (the first AI software engineer), is seeking a Partner Manager to build and scale partnerships with the world's largest strategy consulting firms—McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, and peers. This is a hunter/farmer role focused on sourcing, recruiting, enabling, and activating consulting partners to drive meaningful revenue through Cognition's platform.
You will own the end-to-end strategy for the consulting partner ecosystem, building relationships across each firm from senior partners to their tech and AI practices (e.g., McKinsey Digital, BCG X, Bain Vector). Your mission is to develop joint offerings that embed Devin into client transformation work, so consulting firms proactively bring Devin into the enterprises they advise.
Key responsibilities include defining partnership strategy, building the program infrastructure, supporting deal execution, and closing new business alongside consulting partners. You'll collaborate closely with sales, engineering, product, and marketing to create a high-leverage partner engine that accelerates Cognition's growth and expands Devin's reach into the world's most ambitious technology organizations.
Success means establishing active alliances with top strategy consulting firms, each with executive sponsorship and measurable business plans. Partner-initiated pipeline should convert into closed business, with joint plays becoming repeatable rather than bespoke, delivering measurable year-over-year revenue growth.
Cognition is backed by world-class talent from Scale AI, Palantir, Cursor, Waymo, Tesla, Google DeepMind, and others. The company has raised $48B and is named a Gartner Leader in the Magic Quadrant.
