Conviva is the experience analytics platform for AI agents, apps, and streaming. The company pioneered quality of experience (QoE) measurement for streaming video and has supported major live digital experiences including 20 Super Bowls, 10 Olympic Games, and five FIFA World Cup tournaments. Conviva now applies this discipline to AI agents through its Agent Experience Insights (AEI) product, which measures what users actually do before, during, and after conversations with AI agents. You will own a portfolio of partners end-to-end, building and growing Conviva's ecosystem of agent builders—platforms, tooling providers, systems integrators, and agencies that help companies deploy AI agents into production. This is an early-stage program, so you'll help shape how it runs while executing it. Key responsibilities include: • Recruit partners across four segments: agent and conversational AI platforms, agent frameworks and developer tooling, systems integrators and agencies, and CX/digital experience platforms. • Drive integrations by working with partner product and engineering teams and Conviva's product team to connect partners through MCP (Model Context Protocol), from scoping to launch. • Enable partner teams by training partner sales, solutions, and delivery teams to position Conviva's agent experience measurement and identify the right opportunities. • Build co-sell pipeline through joint account planning with partners and Conviva sales, source and register partner-led opportunities, and help close deals. • Launch joint go-to-market initiatives with Marketing on co-branded content, launch announcements, webinars, events, and partner directory listings. • Manage relationships by running regular business reviews, tracking partner health and performance, and serving as the main point of contact. • Shape the program by helping define partner tiers, benefits, onboarding, and certification as it matures. • Bring market insights back to Product, Sales, and leadership on what partners and their customers need. Success is measured by: number of active partners signed and integrated through MCP, partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, partner teams enabled and certified, and joint go-to-market launches delivered. REQUIREMENTS: • 3–5 years in partner management, channel sales, business development, or alliances at a B2B SaaS company • Track record of recruiting partners and growing them into measurable, partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline • Comfort with technical products; ability to explain APIs and integrations and work credibly with partner engineering teams • Working knowledge of AI agents, conversational AI, or LLM-based products, and how companies build and deploy them • Strong communication and presentation skills, from developer calls to executive business reviews • Self-direction in a fast-moving, early-stage program with judgment to prioritize high-impact partners NICE TO HAVE: • Experience with AI or developer-tool ecosystems (agent platforms, LLM providers, frameworks, observability tools) • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent integration patterns • Experience working with systems integrators or digital agencies • Background in analytics, observability, or customer experience software • Experience helping stand up a partner program (tiers, enablement, certification)
