Turing Intelligence builds and deploys AI systems for enterprises including BlackRock, Apollo, PepsiCo, and Goldman Sachs. The company operates as a startup within Turing, with forward-deployed engineers working directly in client environments.
You will be Turing's first Partner Manager for AI Ecosystem Partnerships, responsible for building and scaling revenue through relationships with foundation-model providers. These partners sell models and enterprise agreements but do not staff implementation—Turing fills that gap by building real systems on those models. Turing already has working relationships with two leading foundation-model providers, but minimal revenue flows through these channels yet. Your mission is to change that.
This is a hands-on, player-coach role. You will initially work independently, and if the channel proves successful, you may build a team.
Key responsibilities include:
**Sell through and with partners:** Pitch Turing to partners' account executives and field teams to secure recommendations into their enterprise accounts. Build partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline by mapping partner account teams to target accounts and joining their account planning. Co-sell in the field through joint account plans, shared pursuit calls, and joint proposals. Route Turing-originated enterprise demand toward partner consumption to earn referrals. Own and grow channel revenue quarter over quarter.
**Run partner programs:** Manage each program end-to-end, including onboarding, registrations, referrals, certifications, tier progression, partner credits, market development funds, and training. Keep paperwork and tracking tight and consistent; own partner pipeline reporting as the single source of truth. Run regular partner check-ins, quarterly business reviews, executive meetings, and partner events. Keep engineers certified and current on each partner's platform, and activate each model or platform launch across accounts.
**Manage competing partners fairly:** Keep competing partners' information separate and give none an advantage. Raise conflicts early and honestly, including where a partner's services team competes with Turing or where delivery capacity cannot support commitments.
**Work across Turing:** Run the channel as a general manager runs a vertical, primarily with the financial services (BFSI) business and other verticals as needed. Build case studies and references partners request. Partner with delivery leaders to ensure every commitment can be staffed and delivered.
You will be measured on revenue and revenue growth through the partner channel, partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced revenue and joint customer wins, gross margin on partner-sourced work, partner tier progression, and the number of certified engineers on each partner platform.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles, including at least 2 years carrying a quota or partner-sourced revenue target
- Partner or alliance experience on the services side: managed a professional services or consulting firm's partnerships with cloud or technology vendors, ideally at a boutique or mid-size firm
- Demonstrated experience in both halves of the job: pitched your firm to vendor account teams and won referrals; ran a partner program's registrations, co-sell, tiers, and funding
- Fluency in partner playbook: sourced versus influenced attribution, deal registration, co-sell, cloud marketplaces, and market development funds
- Discretion to manage competing partners fairly and keep relationships separate
- Commercial judgment: can read a P&L, model referral structures against margin floors, and distinguish revenue from profitable revenue
- Range: comfortable with partner field reps and executives, and with delivery leads and general managers inside Turing
- Player-coach mentality: want to do the work directly and build a channel from early stage
**Preferred:**
- AI experience: partnerships with a foundation-model provider or AI platform, or selling AI implementation work
- Technical fluency to discuss model selection, agents, and deployment with enterprise CTOs or partner solutions architects
- Experience managing two or more competing vendor partnerships simultaneously
- Experience selling into enterprise financial services
