As Partner Manager, Accounting, you will own and scale Numeral's accounting partner channel, building a high-volume referral engine from the ground up. Your portfolio will span mid-market and emerging accounting firms, bookkeeping practices, and outsourced CFO/CAS providers—the hands-on practitioners who work directly with Numeral's target customers.
Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new accounting partners, designing scaled enablement programs (trainings, webinars, playbooks) to help partners identify sales tax and VAT exposure opportunities, and managing partner relationships through Salesforce and partner relationship management tools. You'll track referral activity, nurture relationships through regular check-ins, support co-branded marketing initiatives, and monitor channel health metrics to drive consistent growth.
This role is ideal for a driven self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and wants to build visible ownership over a growing channel. You'll work cross-functionally with the senior partnerships team and sales to escalate larger opportunities and share best practices. The role offers flexibility to work remotely while occasionally traveling to partner events and conferences.
You bring 2-4+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or sales—ideally with accounting channel exposure. Strong relationship-building skills, comfort managing high-volume portfolios, and a process-oriented mindset are essential. Prior experience at a bookkeeping, CAS, or outsourced accounting firm, or familiarity with indirect tax and compliance technology, is a plus.
