Mendix, a Siemens Software company, seeks a Partner Management Executive to rebuild and accelerate indirect growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH). This commercially driven role focuses on developing a high-performing partner ecosystem for the Siemens Mendix Data & AI portfolio, helping selected partners position, sell, and scale Mendix, AI, Data Analytics, and ICX solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers. You will take ownership of the DACH partner ecosystem, concentrating investment on partners with clear commitment and growth potential. Key responsibilities include: **Partner Growth & Ecosystem Development:** Develop and execute the DACH partner strategy with clear priorities by country, industry, and customer segment. Drive partner-led pipeline and ARR growth through high-potential partners with stronger visibility and accountability. Right-size the existing ecosystem by prioritizing partners with meaningful revenue, pipeline, and customer access. Build partner capability around Low-Code, AI, Data Analytics, and Agentic Transformation through regular QBRs and account-team rhythms. **Go-To-Market & Business Development:** Build focused joint business and territory plans with strategic partners, defining target industries, accounts, investment commitments, and measurable outcomes. Create and execute joint go-to-market initiatives connecting partners to Siemens named-account and industry motions. Coordinate account mapping, partner campaigns, events, and opportunity sourcing with DACH sales, business development, marketing, pre-sales, services, and renewal teams. Improve partner-led opportunity development and forecast visibility through consistent operating rhythms. **Partner Enablement & Adoption:** Drive adoption of Siemens Data & AI solutions within partner organizations by aligning enablement to concrete opportunities and capability gaps. Coordinate business, sales, and technical enablement programs. Identify and address capability, sales-capacity, and delivery-readiness gaps. Act as a bridge between partners and Siemens specialist organizations to accelerate portfolio adoption and appropriate resell, co-sell, co-delivery, or alliance motions. **Stakeholder Management:** Build trusted relationships with partner leadership, sales, and delivery teams to restore alignment and accountability. Influence stakeholders across customers, partners, and the Siemens DACH organization without direct authority. Align sales, pre-sales, customer success, technical experts, services, renewals, marketing, and business development around strategic opportunities. Maintain clear ownership and Siemens representation across partner accounts and customer opportunities. **Requirements:** - Experience in partner management, channel sales, alliance management, business development, ecosystem development, or enterprise software sales - Ability to build focused partner business and territory plans, turn strategy into measurable actions, and drive partner-led pipeline and ARR growth across multiple countries and industries - Understanding of SaaS, recurring revenue models, partner economics, and how resell, co-sell, and services partners contribute to scalable software growth in enterprise environments - Commercial acumen, structured thinking, and confidence engaging stakeholders across partner leadership, Siemens sales, pre-sales, business development, services, renewals, and specialist organizations - Preferred: Experience in enterprise software, cloud, AI, data analytics, digital transformation, or low-code platforms, particularly involving partner-led sales, services ecosystems, or organizational transformation - Strong familiarity with the DACH business environment and ability to adapt partner approach across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland - Ability to build trust and credibility across established partner networks and complex internal Siemens stakeholder environments - Fluent in German and English for executive, partner, and customer engagement - Based in Germany, preferably within reach of a major Siemens location, with ability to travel regularly across DACH region
