Rundoo is modernizing the supply chain for independent hardware stores, nurseries, and building material retailers across the US. The company has raised $18M from top-tier investors (Bessemer, CRV) and is scaling rapidly to serve over 200,000 stores selling $1T+ in materials annually using legacy systems.
As Partner Growth Manager, you own the end-to-end partner and co-op channel strategy, managing roughly 20 strategic relationships across Paint, Hardware, Farm & Feed, Lawn & Garden, and Lumber verticals. Your mission is to shift the majority of new qualified leads to partner-sourced channels, transforming referrals into predictable, high-converting pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and scale the referral program: design and run quarterly incentive campaigns, standing rewards ($50 per qualified meeting, $500 per closed deal), and affiliate/content tracks that drive partner rep engagement and Rundoo visibility.
- Map and own the partner universe: develop deep relationships at three levels (rep, marketing manager, executive) across 20+ partners. Track contact info, marketing opportunities, historical ARR, and untapped potential for each.
- Turn partner spend into pipeline: negotiate rate cards and marquee packages with partners, run co-marketing campaigns (e-blasts, webinars, mailers, magazine placements), and execute case studies and special offers that convert partner reach into large deals.
- Enable the sales team: work with Data Science to build partner-rep mapping tools that Account Executives actually use, showing territory coverage and introduction paths. Coach partner reps on value-based selling and pricing discipline.
- Run vertical-specific campaigns: design and execute pre-show, during-show, and post-show campaigns unified in a Campaigns DB, coordinating across paint, hardware, and other verticals.
- Own partner-sourced pipeline metrics: expand the definition of partner opportunities beyond direct referrals, and drive the north star metric of partner-sourced pipeline and closed-won ARR.
- Create credibility moments: place CEO and customer stories on partner-run trade podcasts, and use announcements and case studies as partner-facing credibility assets.
