Cognition AI is building Devin, the world's first AI software engineer. The company is a well-funded applied AI lab founded in 2023 with a team including world-class competitive programmers, former founders, and leaders from Scale AI, Palantir, Cursor, Waymo, Tesla, Google DeepMind, and other cutting-edge AI organizations.
You will build Cognition's partner ecosystem across Latin America from the ground up. This is a hunter role with direct revenue accountability—not an alliance-management or program-administration position. You'll source and recruit the region's best global and regional systems integrators (SIs) and consultancies, enable them to build a Devin practice, co-sell into their client base alongside Cognition's account executives, and be measured on partner-sourced pipeline conversion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining regional partner strategy and building the program from a standing start
- Sourcing, recruiting, enabling, and activating partners that drive meaningful revenue
- Creating partnerships and turning them into partner-initiated business
- Supporting deals and helping close new business alongside partners
- Working closely with engineering, product, sales, and marketing to build a high-leverage partner engine
- Regular travel across LATAM to recruit and activate partners
This is a build-from-the-ground-up, in-market role where you'll turn the partner channel into a material revenue engine for Cognition's platform and expand Devin's reach into major technology organizations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, business development, sales, or strategic alliances
- Strong understanding of the partner landscape
- Deep fluency in how systems integrators and consultancies operate—their economics, margin structures, utilization and bench incentives, and practice-building decisions
- Drive and grit required to build a revenue channel from zero in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Willingness to travel regularly across LATAM
