Nerdio is a Series C SaaS company that simplifies IT operations by providing management and cost-optimization solutions for Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune. The company serves over 5,000 organizations across 50+ countries. As a Partner Development Manager (PDM) based in Germany, you will drive revenue growth by recruiting, developing, and managing a named set of End User Computing (EUC) partners. This is a quota-carrying sales role focused on building and nurturing partner relationships to create pipeline and close deals. Key responsibilities include: - Uncovering and building rapport with existing and new Nerdio EUC partners - Identifying AVD opportunities within the partner ecosystem and developing a robust sales pipeline - Driving collaborative sales opportunities within the AVD ecosystem alongside partners - Growing and nurturing relationships through pipeline creation, sales forecasting, deal conversion planning, and joint opportunity pursuit - Managing opportunities in CRM, including customer contact documentation, needs assessment, and active project tracking - Becoming proficient in Nerdio's IT systems for quotes, CRM management, and account setup - Collaborating with Microsoft sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address client concerns - Negotiating pricing for Nerdio solutions in accordance with company policies You will thrive in a consultative sales environment, influence partners without direct authority, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to both partners and Microsoft. Requirements: - 5+ years of proven partner management experience in the End User Computing (EUC) and VDI space in a quota-carrying sales role - Competency and understanding of VDI cloud technologies and operating models - Familiarity with AVD, Citrix, or VMware VDI and relevant virtual desktop cloud technologies - Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills with strong presence - Ability to drive open, highly collaborative, and well-aligned relationships - Strong ability to navigate Microsoft resources for unified sales closure - Accountability to assigned quota - High-level organizational skills and professionalism - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - C1 level fluency in German (required)
