Ellevation Education is seeking a Partner Development Associate to drive lead generation and prospecting for their English learner solutions platform. This is an entry-ramp sales development role focused on building outbound prospecting skills and contributing to pipeline growth across assigned territories.
In your first month, you will onboard into Ellevation's mission and product suite, learn your assigned prospecting territory and key selling points by state, develop foundational email marketing and phone outreach skills, collaborate with Partner Development Managers on prospecting strategy aligned to quarterly and annual sales goals, and book your first demos.
By three months, you will own your territory strategy, make recommendations on market concentration to managers, extend prospecting across your full state set, refine cold-calling and email skills with high daily outreach volume, build proficiency with business systems and sales enablement tools, and hit monthly demo booking goals.
By six months, you will become expert in Ellevation's lead-generation process, build deep product knowledge, collaborate with Sales and Marketing on brand recognition and pipeline efforts, master cold-calling and email prospecting, and exceed monthly demo booking goals.
By twelve months, you will master the lead-generation process and mentor newer PDAs, speak fluently about how districts use Ellevation products, lead or support marketing efforts for brand and product content, actively identify and pursue your next internal role (PDAs are expected to move within two years with manager support), and continue exceeding demo goals.
The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, metrics-driven accountability, territory ownership, and a clear internal mobility path. You will work closely with Partner Development Managers and cross-functional teams in Sales and Marketing.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in education, sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a metrics-driven environment
- Comfort with high-volume phone and email outreach; willingness to experiment with new approaches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (preferred)
- Genuine interest in education and improving outcomes for multilingual learners
- Alignment with Ellevation's mission and values
