Klaviyo is seeking a senior Partner Account Manager to drive strategic partnerships across Asia-Pacific, specifically supporting the Mid/Large Enterprise motion. Reporting to the APAC Partnerships Leader, you will identify, recruit, and scale high-impact relationships with global and regional strategic partners including Accenture, WPP, Hakuhodo, and Dentsu, while developing a broader partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia, Japan, Greater China, and South Korea. You will navigate complex, multi-threaded stakeholder environments and translate partner engagement into measurable pipeline, revenue, customer outcomes, and market expansion. Key responsibilities include building Klaviyo's presence with partners that have strong enterprise reach and delivery capability, developing joint business plans that align partner priorities with Klaviyo's growth objectives, and creating repeatable co-sell and partner-led motions across enterprise and upper mid-market accounts. The role requires establishing executive relationships across partner leadership, alliance teams, sales organizations, and delivery teams. You will develop multi-partner plays combining Klaviyo with GSIs, SIs, MSPs, OSPs, and adjacent ecosystem partners to deliver differentiated customer value. Experience with MSP and OSP models is beneficial as you help bring Klaviyo's AI-forward product capabilities to market. You will articulate and differentiate Klaviyo in the market, drive business development and co-sell opportunities, and shape services-led go-to-market plays that help partners grow their Klaviyo practice and profitability. Collaboration with Partner Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and regional leadership is essential to bring Klaviyo's broader platform story—including B2C CRM, AI-powered capabilities, and service offerings—to market. Strong martech experience is preferred but not required. What matters most is the ability to understand complex customer and partner environments, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and turn strategic relationships into repeatable commercial outcomes.
