SeatGeek is seeking a Paid Social & Programmatic Analyst to drive growth across social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat. The role manages eight-figure annual ad spend and directly impacts user and revenue growth for a live events ticketing platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing budgets to hit ROAS targets, and building performer-specific campaigns aligned with a dynamic onsale calendar. You'll run dynamic, catalog-driven campaigns using product feeds and creative templates to serve thousands of live events accurately. A significant portion of the role involves designing and executing A/B tests across targeting, creative, copy, and landing pages, then contributing to incrementality and conversion lift studies with the Analytics team to inform budget-setting decisions. You'll partner closely with Creative on campaign briefs and performance feedback loops, work with Engineering on internal automation tooling, and engage directly with platform partners to advocate for capabilities aligned with SeatGeek's priorities. The role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution—developing growth marketing strategies alongside designers, data scientists, and engineers, then proving value through rigorous, hypothesis-led measurement rather than relying on platform-reported metrics. Required qualifications include 2+ years of hands-on performance advertising experience with meaningful time on Meta and at least one other major social platform. You'll need experience managing variable, performance-led budgets at scale where spend flexes against efficiency targets. Strong analytical and data-driven capabilities are essential, including proficiency with spreadsheets and BI/analytics tools like Looker or Hex. Excellent project management, communication skills, and curiosity about measurement methodology are critical. A Bachelor's degree and genuine interest in live entertainment and sports are required.
