Revolut is seeking an Outsourcing Manager for Third-Party Risk Management to join its growing compliance and risk organization. The role is based remotely in Switzerland and reports into the Outsourcing team, which oversees third-party arrangements, regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and exit strategies.
You will manage end-to-end third-party risk activities including vendor onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and performance management. Key responsibilities include implementing policies and operating models for third-party and supply chain risk management, overseeing internal governance processes for outsourcing approvals, and providing guidance to staff on TPRM procedures and accountability.
You will ensure Swiss regulatory compliance, prepare regular reports to senior management on outsourcing status, risks, compliance metrics, and SLAs, and monitor changes to existing vendor agreements and lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, outsourcing, or third-party risk management with exposure to the Swiss market. You must demonstrate excellent understanding of Swiss outsourcing and business resilience regulations in finance or other regulated environments, proven ability to develop service management frameworks, and experience measuring outsourcing party performance.
Required qualifications include fluency in English (C2) and German (B2), and a 2:1 bachelor's degree or equivalent in STEM, finance, business administration, or economics. Nice-to-have qualifications include risk management certifications, executive/board-level interaction experience, established industry stakeholder relationships, and financial services background.
