WelbeHealth is seeking an Outreach Specialist to join the Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment (MOE) team. This role is central to driving enrollment success for WelbeHealth's PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, which serves vulnerable seniors by providing integrated health plan and provider services, enabling participants to age safely in their homes.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and initiating community outreach activities, identifying collaboration opportunities with community organizations to generate qualified leads, and establishing relationships with community partners such as senior centers, assisted living facilities, food banks, and churches. You will develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve enrollment goals in partnership with the MOE Director, and provide education about WelbeHealth's services to referral sources.
This role emphasizes relationship-building over transactional sales. Rather than high-pressure selling, you'll connect seniors and caregivers with life-changing care through genuine, ongoing community engagement. The position is mission-driven, focusing on helping vulnerable populations access support to remain in their communities.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration (preferred), minimum one year of sales and marketing experience with at least one year in healthcare or senior care (preferred), and outside sales experience (preferred). You must obtain DHCS training and certification as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire. Technology proficiency with tools like Salesforce or Athena is expected.
