The company serves over 16,000 workplaces globally across manufacturing, data centers, life sciences, healthcare, and corporate environments.
As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you will be a core member of the sales pipeline generation team, serving as both a talent pipeline for future Account Executives and a direct contributor to new business development. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team by prospecting into mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting account and contact research, managing a territory of target accounts, qualifying prospects, generating interest through multiple outreach channels, and brokering introductions between AEs and prospective clients. You will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and BDR Management to deliver a world-class experience for prospective customers.
You will execute an account-based go-to-market motion, balancing strategic work on high-value accounts with higher-volume activity (100+ outbound calls via Nooks). You'll develop deep knowledge of Envoy's product suite and build a unique perspective on the workplace and visitor management market. The role offers significant professional development opportunities, with demonstrated excellence leading to internal promotion pathways to Account Executive and other sales roles.
