The Organizational Development Manager will drive organizational effectiveness and growth through the design, implementation, and management of strategic programs. This is a full-time, on-site role in the downtown Phoenix office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead planning, development, and execution of organizational development initiatives aligned with company strategy
- Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities across departments
- Design and deliver comprehensive programs focused on leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and talent retention
- Partner with HR to integrate OD programs with talent management processes, including succession planning and career development
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to promote learning, collaboration, and inclusivity
- Use data-driven insights to measure OD initiative effectiveness and recommend adjustments
- Serve as a change agent, championing new initiatives and addressing resistance through effective communication
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational development
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience as an Organizational Development Manager, Program Manager, or similar role, preferably in tech
- Strong understanding of OD theories, methodologies, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and OD-related software/tools (LMS, survey tools, performance management systems)
- Vendor management experience
- Certification in organizational development or change management is a plus
