Flock Safety is seeking an Order Management Specialist to manage and optimize order processing workflows as the company scales. You will own the end-to-end order-to-cash pipeline, processing and validating customer orders across Salesforce and Google Sheets with meticulous attention to detail. Key responsibilities include: processing, validating, and auditing customer orders; performing routine order audits to verify billing triggers, line items, and payment terms against underlying contracts; partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and billing holds; maintaining accurate order documentation and master data; identifying operational bottlenecks and streamlining workflows; and managing daily order queues to meet fulfillment timelines and internal SLAs. This role is distinct from general ledger accounting, customer service, or policy-making. Your primary focus is executing and optimizing established order processing workflows with speed and accuracy, collaborating primarily with internal stakeholders rather than external customers. You bring 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in billing operations and accounts receivable in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You are proficient with Salesforce and Google Sheets for complex data processing and tracking. You possess strong analytical skills, including expertise with Excel/Google Sheets functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) to extract insights and drive decision-making. You can read and interpret complex legal language, particularly billing triggers, payment terms, and government-specific clauses (Grant, FOIA). You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to audit datasets, catch errors, and reconcile discrepancies across tools. Flock Safety builds technology that supports criminal investigations and locates missing people. The company has processed over 1 million criminal investigations and helped locate over 10,000 missing people. With 1,700 employees and over $1B in funding, Flock operates at high pace with meaningful impact.
