As an Order Management Analyst at LaunchDarkly, you will serve as a critical quality checkpoint in the order-to-cash process, ensuring system inputs are complete and accurate while orders are processed timely. Your responsibilities span order and opportunity review, provisioning and deal documentation, systems and CPQ administration, revenue recognition and compliance, and cross-functional partnership. In order and opportunity review, you will validate opportunities in Salesforce for completeness and accuracy before downstream processing into NetSuite, confirming pricing, product/SKU alignment, contract terms, and required fields. You'll review Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) on opportunities to ensure alignment with contract terms, create and monitor indirect sales orders via AWS Marketplace, and identify and resolve data discrepancies before orders progress through the order-to-cash cycle. For provisioning and deal documentation, you will review and approve provisioning details to ensure customer setup aligns with executed agreements, partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Deal Management to confirm all required documentation is complete and accurate, and act as an escalation point for missing or inconsistent deal documentation. In systems and CPQ administration, you will work closely with internal systems/IT teams to ensure Salesforce CPQ configurations remain accurate and up to date, support testing and validation of CPQ and Salesforce-to-NetSuite integration changes, and contribute to continuous improvement of order-to-cash tools and workflows. You will apply working understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles when reviewing deal structures and contract terms, support Finance/Accounting during month-end and quarter-end close by ensuring orders are audit-ready, and help maintain internal controls around deal review and approval. As a cross-functional liaison, you will partner between Sales, Customer Success, Deal Management, Finance, and Systems teams to keep the order-to-cash process moving efficiently, provide guidance and training to Sales and Customer Success on Salesforce and CPQ requirements, and report on order accuracy, cycle times, and recurring issues with process improvement recommendations. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent practical experience), 4+ years in Order to Cash, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related finance/systems roles (ideally in B2B SaaS), hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, working understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles, strong attention to detail, excellent cross-functional communication skills, analytical mindset with strong Excel skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with NetSuite, AWS Marketplace, Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations, contract lifecycle management tools, and systems testing is preferred.
