This Oracle EPM Business Systems Analyst role provides day-to-day support and drives strategic delivery for Accounting, Finance, Planning, Reconciliation, and Enterprise Data Management workstreams. The position requires both functional and technical expertise with Oracle Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS).
Key responsibilities include collaborating with business financial stakeholders to understand analytics, accounting, reconciliation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data management needs; providing functional and technical support for Oracle applications; supporting EPM processes including account reconciliations, transaction matching, planning/budgeting cycles, forecasting, and reporting; partnering with Accounting and Finance teams on ARCS processes; supporting Financial Planning & Analysis teams on EPBCS processes; managing EDMCS processes including metadata governance and hierarchy management; supporting integrations between Oracle Financials, EPM, and downstream systems; leading business analysis and requirements development; preparing test plans and facilitating system integration and user acceptance testing; documenting system and business processes; translating functional requirements into technical specifications; performing cost-benefit analyses for proposed enhancements; monitoring Oracle Cloud updates and supporting feature adoption; and supporting reporting and analytics needs across Oracle applications.
The role works closely with business stakeholders, Accounting, Finance, Process and Technology teams, and IT technical teams to ensure successful delivery, operational support, process optimization, and system enhancements.
