Cloudflare is seeking an Oracle ALM Finance Lead to spearhead the solution architecture, functional configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP financial modules. This role is central to the company's strategic transition from NetSuite to Oracle, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Lease Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and functional lead for the Oracle Fusion implementation, owning the complete Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) lifecycle from requirements documentation through integration testing, data migration, and production support. Your responsibilities include:
• Solution Architecture & Scalability: Govern the technical architecture and scalability of Oracle Fusion configurations and integrations. Evaluate performance impact of new customizations to ensure designs adhere to long-term sustainability, security, and maintainability standards.
• Implementation & Project Leadership: Lead the Oracle Fusion implementation across General Ledger, Intercompany, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting modules.
• Solution Design & Collaboration: Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with Accounting, PMO, Engineering, and Operational teams to capture business requirements. Develop detailed functional specifications for reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Governance & Support: Maintain training documentation and conduct role-based training for end-users across Finance and Project Management. Provide Level 2/3 functional support and root-cause analysis for asset valuation, depreciation, and project cost reporting issues.
• Data Strategy: Direct data quality, conversion, and master data governance across all financial entities including Customers, Suppliers, Chart of Accounts, and Payment History.
• Domain Expertise: Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert for core Finance processes and Oracle Fusion capabilities.
