Infleqtion is a global quantum technology company commercializing atom-based quantum computers, sensors, and networks. This Finance Operations Analyst role supports the financial infrastructure of a fast-moving quantum tech organization based in Kidlington, Oxford with hybrid flexibility (up to 2 days WFH per week).
You will own multiple financial domains: prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, build financial dashboards and KPIs, process accounts payable/receivable with accuracy, reconcile general ledger accounts, and support month-end close activities. You'll partner with R&D and Operations teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial alignment with project goals.
A key responsibility is leading pricing analysis on government bids and new contracts—critical for a company working on government-funded quantum programs. You'll also drive systems and process improvement by identifying automation opportunities in ERP and expense management systems, documenting workflows to support scalability, and supporting internal controls, grant accounting, and audit preparation.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field with 1–3 years of financial analysis, accounting, or operations experience. You'll need strong Excel and data analysis skills, understanding of GAAP, and familiarity with ERP or financial systems. Experience with ProPricer, government grant accounting, project-based cost tracking, or high-growth/startup environments is preferred. Curiosity about quantum technology and deep tech is valued. Up to 10% travel may be required.
