Taranis is an AI-powered crop intelligence platform that helps agricultural retailers and growers make better agronomic and input decisions through leaf-level insights and data-driven recommendations. The company works with leading agricultural retailers and crop protection companies across millions of acres in the U.S. and globally, with headquarters in Westfield, Indiana (relocating to Carmel, IN) and an R&D center in Tel Aviv, Israel. You will serve as the operational backbone of the Indiana headquarters office, providing comprehensive administrative and IT support. This is a full-time, on-site role that bridges multiple functions: you'll be the primary point of contact for employees throughout their lifecycle, manage Tier 1 IT support, and provide operational assistance to the Flight Operations team. Key responsibilities include: **People & Lifecycle Support:** Act as the empathetic first point of contact for all employees. Manage hardware setup, account creation, and technical readiness during onboarding. Assist team members with daily IT issues and coordinate offboarding and equipment retrieval for departing staff. **IT Support:** Configure, image, and set up workstations and laptops. Manage system access and permissions. Provide first-line troubleshooting for office hardware, software, connectivity, and peripherals. **Tier 1 Support:** Handle inbound support tickets, resolving routine issues directly. Maintain internal knowledge base articles and support documentation. **Flight Operations Support:** Provide routine operational and administrative support to Flight Operations Managers, including equipment tracking and document preparation. **Adaptability:** Transition smoothly between technical troubleshooting, administrative support, and office coordination as needs evolve. Help maintain systems using AI tools for feature improvements and bug fixes. The role requires someone who can wear multiple hats, navigate ambiguity, and reprioritize quickly in a fast-changing environment. You'll work closely with the tech support team in Israel on more complex issues. **Requirements:** - 1–3 years of experience in IT support, operations support, customer service, or a closely related role - Proficiency with standard business tools and comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues - AI-oriented mindset - Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through on routine and unexpected tasks - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence - Ability to interact warmly, patiently, and professionally with employees at all levels - Strong personal drive, proactive problem-solving attitude, and high accountability - Comfortable wearing multiple hats and reprioritizing tasks quickly - Availability to work Saturdays during high season **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA or similar) and IT administrative tools - Exposure to agriculture, commercial UAS/drones, or field operations environments - FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) - Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and Gemini
