Salary: USD 80,000 - 85,000 / annual
ShipBob is seeking an Operations Support Manager to oversee the development and support of partner fulfillment centers. This role is responsible for ensuring partner sites meet ShipBob's operational standards and for managing new startup functions including project management, systems training, and equipment setup.
You will build strong partnerships with new fulfillment network (SFN) partner sites by understanding their unique needs and facilitating their success within ShipBob's dashboard and suite of fulfillment services. This position reports to the Regional Director of Fulfillment Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in site selection and vetting of potential SFN partner sites
- Consulting with partners to understand their needs and adapting building launch plans for successful integration
- Managing new site startup projects, including systems implementation and staff training
- Providing ongoing operational support and troubleshooting to partner locations
- Traveling to partner sites as needed for training, audits, and ad-hoc business needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success and performance standards
The role is based at ShipBob's Kenosha, Wisconsin facility (MKE-2, 12345 38th Street, Kenosha, WI 53144) and requires 100% on-site presence with flexibility to travel to other locations in the fulfillment network on an ad-hoc or training basis.
