ShipBob is seeking an Operations Support Manager to develop and support third-party logistics (3PL) partner fulfillment centers, ensuring they meet performance standards. This is an individual contributor role based in Rilland, Netherlands, with flexibility for regional travel to other fulfillment sites.
You will oversee new startup functions including project management, systems training, and equipment setup. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with new and existing 3PL partner sites by understanding their unique needs and facilitating their success within ShipBob's dashboard and fulfillment services suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting 3PL Partners:
- Coach and guide 3PL partners to success using ShipBob's Scorecard metrics
- Set up tailored training sessions for all stakeholders based on merchant needs and specific dashboard configuration
- Reinforce training materials from Phase I and Phase II onboarding to encourage self-service and seamless interaction with ShipBob's dashboard and services
Troubleshooting and Course Correction:
- Support the relationship to handle questions, requests, and issues related to onboarding as a 3PL partner site
- Inspire 3PL partner adoption of key ShipBob features and tools
- Bridge 3PL partner objectives with ShipBob capabilities to drive use of key operational WMS functions and SOPs
- Work with 3PLs to ensure quality closure of internal tickets with proper root cause analysis and resolution
Supporting Best-in-Class Operations:
- Execute operational excellence initiatives across partner sites
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
The role reports to the District Manager, Fulfillment Operations. Employment is provided through an Employer of Record (EOR) provider who will manage your contract, payroll, and benefits in compliance with Dutch employment law. Day-to-day, you will work as an integrated member of the ShipBob team.
